Please find our guest post on Daily Social about our experiences on Singapore Seedcamp. We hope that other Indonesia startups could learn from our experiences and can get benefit from it. 

We registered on Sparxup award on “Best Use of Technology” category. So to get in to the battle, we plan to develop a mobile app application using PhoneGap framework that will show how the mobile reservation made through RServe.

We will share the mobile app source code so other developer can use it as references to use RServe API and build their own reservation app for their client. 

We just got a permission from one of biggest shuttle service in Bandung - Jakarta, Daytrans to use their business as our first case. This will help us to show how our online reservation work with RServe. 

We will keep you update with our development.

Like we mention before that RServe was selected to join on Singapore Seedcamp event and  we just back yesterday. There are lot of things and idea that we got from this event. Met with awesome people from big company like Google, Yahoo, and Amazon really excited for us. They gave us advice, idea, and directed us to the right way. How to make better movement and business plan for RServe. So these are some of our plan after we back from Seedcamp:

1. We will working on API and push server first so we can get feedback from other developers how to explore other potential from reservation business.
2. We focus on one business and expand to other business one by one so we can show how actually RServe implemented on real world.
3. Our thought is we will try on shuttle bus service first because it’s currently the hottest business right now specially in Bandung.

We will share our experience on Seedcamp on Daily Social. We also join another start up competision called Sparxup. This is will be our next challange and show how RServe could make reservation better.

I want to share our happiness with you all , because RServe is the only one start up from Indonesia that selected to join with other start up from around Asia on mini seed camp event at Singapore. We are proud of it. The event will held on Singpore Management University on 5-8 October 2010. So can’t wait to show that Indonesia have a big potential in start up industry.

Yeah, our website at http://rserve.me has done. It just an a basic website build on pure HTML, JS, and CSS without any server side code. Our goal is to provide you an information about RServeMe. So you can figure out how the RServeMe work, how it can help your business, and how the developer can integrate the current system.

The next step is continue the development for our web app. Basically we want to provide a web app to show how it will work. You can use it also for reservation with all merchant account. So you don’t need to build your own app first to use our platform.

Yeah this is our first post on RServe blog. We just want to tell you that we in high development phase. We hope we can bring you the functional prototype in the next 1 - 3 months. Here are 3 phase that we plan until we release this platform as public beta. All phase will go as private alpha and private beta which can only use by invitation only. Each phase will take about half or one month development time.

The first phase, we will develop the application that will have:

1. Merchant panel, the merchant administration panel where merchant will control all stuff that related with their account.
2. Reservation form, you can create registration form for each venue you have. So all reservation widget will bring your customer to this form.
3. Reservation widget, a widget that you can use in your website page for directing your customer to reservation form.

The second phase will focus on integration of the push server to our application. The push server will bring real time feature to this platform.

The third phase will be as API development phase. We will develop the API and integrate it with the platform so you can build your custom reservation application.
